1. Payment 

We accept the following international payment methods: 

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, JCB and bank transfer. We do not accept cash. 

Your payment will be processed once the order is ready to be shipped. When selecting payment by bank transfer, your oder will not be shipped until the full amount has been received by us. During sales (for example Black Friday), the discount only applies for orders that have been paid in full before the offer ends. If payment is received after the offer ends the order will be cancelled and payment returned to you

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%). If you are a business with a EU VAT number you will be shown the net of VAT price upon checkout. If you are located outside of the EU (private or business customers) you will not be charged VAT by us. You will be charged VAT, plus any customs/import fees, once the goods arrive in your country. We do not accept liability for any VAT, customs fees, import duties or shipping/handling fees once the goods arrive to the destination country, these are at your own cost. 

Prices can vary, and we reserve the right not to accept any order where there has been a mistake on on our side in relation to the price shown. Prices may vary and be adjusted without notice.  

3. Shipping

All orders will be processed and sent to the shipping company within 1-3 working days of receiving the order. We aim to process all orders on the same/next day that the order is received. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or on Danish public holidays. We process orders and ship orders during our normal office hours between 0800 and 1600 CET. We expect orders to be received by the customer within 10 days of being shipped. We cannot accept any liability for delays that are due to a thrid party, for example delays at customs, delays at international borders, strike action, or delay from the customer in payment of any customs fee/import duties.   

When ordering shipping with your order, please note that it is not always possible to select the desired delivery location. Items may be delived to the customers home address or a nearby service point by the shipping company.  

We aim to use shipping companies where insurance of the goods is included. This is usually up to a maximum of €600. K-Racingshop.com has the sole right to claim compensation for lost/damaged items directly with the shipping company, and any proceeds paid by the insurance. In the event of a damaged or missing package, the customer will be issued with a refund by K-Racingshop.com and then K-Racingshop.com will make a claim with the shipping company for compensation. We reserve the right to assess each claim from customers to whether a refund should be issued, but always in accordance with the current EU rules.

4. Returns 

Customers in the EU have the right to return their order if they are unhappy with the order. The customer must first notify us of their intention to return the order by email (info@k-racing.dk) and then package the order in a sensible way to ensure that it is not damaged during shipment. The customer must send the order back to us within 14 days of receiving it. The customer will cover the shipping costs of returning the order. Only once the order has been returned and received by us, in the same condition as it was originally shipped, will be process a full refund to the customer within 48 hours. It is reccomended that customers who are returning an order obtain proof of postage when returning an item. 

Due to the costs of shipping, as well as the costs of import dutues/customs fees, we are unable to accept returns from outside of the EU. If you have any issues with your order please write to us by email at info@k-racing.dk with details/photos of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

We do not accept returns on any used products (such as Original OTK Used Parts).
